Seize the day or die regretting the time you lost
Taken from Avenged Sevenfold's Seize the Day. I used to like A7X. A lot. What happened? I don't know. People change, and I'm one of those people. But I still like their old masterpieces. Like Bat Country. God I loveeeee that song so much I still can't get over it. And A Little Piece of Heaven. And Afterlife. And Dear God. And Nightmare isn't that bad either. See. I still like them. But to listen to their songs everyday like back then, nope. They're not that 'attractive' anymore.
And I'm more into slow acoustic songs these days. Well it's not like I hated that genre but I realize that I've been spending a lot of time recently listening to Obél, Jenny Owen Youngs, Sara Bareilles, Kate Voegele, Skyler Stonestreet, Katy McAllister, Jason Walker, and the list goes on.. And mind you these songs are not as lame as those pop songs you hear on the radio. Not even close.
I'm not sure if this is a good change or what, but I'm totally fine with it. So, yeah.
