#5 Of praises, from a stranger

A Christian uncle approached me and E today. Well. He started the conversation with 'Sorry, are you Muslims?', so we practically knew where the conversation was heading. We chatted about the usual stuff. Why do you do that? What should you do when you're that? How about that? How long have you that? blablabla but I didn't talk that much though. Typical me.

And at the end of the conversation, that uncle told E 'I can see that you're going to be a good teacher. With good leadership' and blablabla I couldn't recall the whole script.

As for me. Let me LOL first. 'You, I can see that you're smart. You're intelligent. You're good in Mathematics. You listen attentively and then you interpret'. or something like that.

I couldn't thank him enough for making my day. Haha. What a joke. Oh yea. E kinda agreed when that uncle said I'm smart, as she added 'Yes, she's genius.

It was such a glorious moment for me. He might not mean what he said. He might have said that for the sake of inviting me to his 'Sunday English Lessons' (YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN). He might have said that just to make me feel better, cause he might think that I felt inferior to E. Well I don't know, and in fact, I don't give a damn. What I do know is, I don't really get praises that much, and when it comes from a complete stranger, it means a lot. A lot.

That ends my speech. Thanks uncle. But I won't attend your 'Sunday English Lessons', no.
